Bartender

This course is 1.5 months, 2-3 hrs every day, and is an outlet of F&B area which prepares various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for its customers on request. A highly knowledgeable and skilled bartender can operate a bar and give a huge return to the company. This vocational course helps students to be able to handle a bar professionally. After the completion of the course, students will be able to prepare various types of drinks, cocktails, and mocktails, maintain bar inventory, and prepare closing stock and daily bar sales summary.
