Barista is a four-week certification course in which students can learn about operating a coffee shop from opening to closing the coffee shop for the day. Chitwan Hotel Training Centre is following this course under the affiliation of CTEVT. After the completion of this, students will not only be able to prepare various types of espresso-based hot and cold coffee but also will be able to organize the coffee shop, take inventory, prepare daily sales summaries, and prepare requisition forms.
